This project is part of a logic of revalorization of the site occupied by the Sporting d’Hiver in Monte-Carlo so that it “finds its historical role in the economic, social and cultural development of the city”. National Council of Monaco
Architect Richard Rogers has chosen to replace the building with several buildings as part of an urban planning project, through a mixed real estate program combining retail, high-end residences, offices, recreational areas and culture.
The mixed private real estate operation includes the creation of 7 buildings:
- 6 buildings of type R + 6 to R + 12 for hotel and commercial use
- 1 office building and restaurant type R + 10
- Creation of 7 levels of basements and an art gallery
