Project description

This building with interwoven wooden facades was erected in the 13th arrondissement of Paris in 2013.

Located in the Tolbiac Chevaleret district, at the corner of rue Tolbiac and avenue de France, this building of approximately 34000 m² includes 20000m² of offices, 8000m² of shops and 6000m² of housing.

Designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti, the structure consists of shops on the ground floor and offices and residences on the upper floors.
