Project description

This renovation project, restructuring and new construction adds complexity because it is part of a dense urban fabric.

On the Seine side, the Art Déco building by Henri Sauvage will house a luxury hotel with 72 rooms and suites, called “Samaritaine – Cheval Blanc”, with a terrace on the 7th floor. As for Rivoli and the Verrière building, the Paris department store will be relaunched – under the name La Samaritaine.

For a work of this scope, the use of digital technologies was essential during the execution by combining BIM Management, BIM Synthesis and BIM Modeling, especially with the 3D reconstruction of the work via laser campaign scan.
